Teppen will coordinate the screening program to match your requirements. We currently perform the following (but are able to accommodate most requests); -Resume Review -Reference Check -Custom Interview Guides -Criminal Background Checks -Dexterity Testing -Specific Testing (ie Welding Test, Gauge Testing, etc) TRAINING:
Teppen utilizes our own training facilities and experienced trainers to perform the following training; -WHMIS (Transitioning to GHS) -Worker Health & Safety Awareness -New Employee Orientation (often includes customer plant policies and procedures) -Lock out training (per Customer procedures) -Job site tours -PPE requirements, use, and maintenance. |
